About the Project

Designed and developed a full-stack Performance Observation System for the City of San Jose's Parks, Recreation & Neighborhood Services (PRNS) division, replacing a legacy Power Apps and SharePoint solution with a modern, secure, and scalable web application. The system enables field supervisors to submit structured performance observations, track staff across service areas, and surface data-driven insights for management decision-making.

Responsibilities

Led full project lifecycle: discovery, architecture, design, development, and deployment

Designed invite-only authentication and role-based access control with Supabase RLS policies

Built React + Vite frontend with responsive layout, onboarding flows, and observation forms

Developed Supabase Edge Functions for secure server-side invitation logic

Presented solution and live demo to SJSU stakeholders in mid-project executive review

Authored user documentation, risk matrix, and solution comparison analysis
